Help with UI Animation

So, I would like to know how to do some animation with UI elements.
I am trying to do animations with UI but I didn't get success.

I tried to implement in 2 different ways:
1 - Animation Component with Animator, but I couldn't control the animation,
2 - By code, where the animation works, but not respect the Canvas and design proportions.

Someone here can explain about it?
