Share and/or print image

I have created a page in my app which will display an image (where white box is). What I want to be able to do is have the two buttons under to be able to print the image directly from the device and/or let people email the image using the default mail provider on the device.

Could anyone help me with this and give me a step-by-step of what I need to do?
