Unity 4.6.7 missing some uGUI elements

I'm trying to set up a uGUI layout, but I seem to be missing some elements, like Scroll Rect and Layout Groups. They simply do not show up when I type into the Add Component field. Any idea how that might have happened, or how to get them back? It's very frustrating!
