the problem of ScrollRect.normalizedPosition

Hi everyone:
I set the ScrollRect.normalizedPosition = 0 in the Start(). but i find the ScrollRect.normalizedPosition's value will be a random value between 0-1. And when i set the value on the coroutine. It' OK..
why??
