Unity UI Rect Buttoms with styles

Hello i need ask u how i can add buttom like this picture. u can see on the image 3 buttons but raycast if u press to one the ignore the other example if u clic on the green area u get the function in blue area because rect area is front green. so u get the raycast blue ifk if u can understand me.
